I'm Piia. I study journalism and art history at Tartu University. Nice to meet you!
I'm what you would call the fashion-is-my-passion kind of girl. My blog is my biggest hobby and has grown with me. And through this blog I make my own little contribution to the industry, which I'm so passionate about. I love every inch of the crazy fashion world- be it Vogue, Fashion Week or Topshop. I want to be a part of it.
I dream of living in New York one day. To have an apartment in a brownstone and stroll the streets of Manhattan... Though that might have a lot to do with my favourite movie/book (Breakfast at Tiffany's) and TV-series (Gossip Girl, Sex and the City, Friends) . I'm also very fond of Italy and Spain. There's something about that Mediterranean aura that somehow makes me feel good.
Then there's also London, naturally. And St. Petersburg, which is the dreamiest place that I've ever been to. I'm restless that way and curious at the same time. I want to know what's going on somewhere else, I want to meet people from places different to mine and I want to drown in all the culture they bring with them.
Besides fashion and everything to do with it, I also love cooking. One of my friends once said: "I don't understand why people commit suicides. If you have nothing left to live for, just live for food". And I think that it is absolutely correct, the experience of cooking and making something delicious yourself is just wonderful.
I'm also a total architecture junkie. I live in a city that has a wonderful Medieval old town and I could just walk around it for days and stare at the buildings. That's one reason why I love NY too, all the buildings-old and new, and all the effort that has been put to building them - that's just magical. That's a reason to love every part of the world, acutally...
And I definitely couldn't live without my music (I have the best taste in music, fyi). If I could, I'd go to concerts all my life, write about that and if it would be possible, get paid for it. All of that in different countries with a natural side of fashion. This is my dream waiting to come true.
